FAQs/Terms & Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS

PLEASE READ ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE BOOKING.
BY PURCHASING YOU THEREBY AGREE TO OUR POLICY BELOW.

RETURNS

As all our produce is sourced fresh, returns of perishable goods cannot be accepted. If there are any problems or you receive the incorrect item, we must be informed within 2 hours of the order being received.

CANCELLATIONS

We do not offer refunds once payment of a deposit has been received. However, if you give at least 10 days notice of cancellation, we’re happy to offer you an alternative date, or a full refund of any payment already made, excluding the £100 deposit.

DELIVERIES

Our products are made fresh and are extremely delicate, therefore they need to be hand-delivered (or collected from our kitchen in BS9). We hand-deliver within the Bristol area and surrounding areas, including Bath, North Somerset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, and Wales (minimum order quantities apply).

We offer one standard delivery window between 9am- 5pm. We are unable to offer specific delivery time requests, but will let you know if there are any delays or disruptions. Please be aware that if an order arrives slightly earlier than expected, it should be just the right size to pop in the fridge until needed.

We have a trusty delivery driver who will hand deliver the product/s to you, but we are not in control of external factors such as traffic or travel diversions. We aim to meet delivery times but during exceptionally busy periods deliveries may take a little longer. Occasionally, extreme weather conditions will mean that these delivery times need to be extended.

If you have not received your order by 5pm on the day of your delivery/collection please contact us immediately by phone.

The customer needs to be readily available to receive the product or make arrangements for someone to receive it on their behalf.

Delivery will be attempted by the driver. If no one is in, the package will be handed to a neighbour or left in a safe place. Three Little Figs is not responsible for the product once left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

Occasionally we use a third party courier service. For more details, please get in touch via email.

CHANGES TO ORDERS

Customers can amend orders up until 10 days prior to their event date.

DATE HOLDING

Due to the high number of enquiries, we are unable to hold dates until a £100 non-refundable deposit has been received.

FOOD HANDLING

To comply with the UK food standards, it is the responsibility of the customer to dispose of any food leftover if kept unrefrigerated after 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and conditions the client is agreeing to dispose of any food after this set time. We will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food consumed after this time.

DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGENS

Please notify us before booking of any allergies and dietary requirements.

We cannot accommodate special allergy requests due to the high risk of contamination across our kitchen. All items and products will be provided with an allergen notice and sticker highlighting if a product has any of the main 16 allergens (celery, cereals containing gluten (including wheat, rye, barley and oats), crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, tree nuts (including almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts), peanuts, sesame seeds, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites).

Three Little Figs is not responsible for any adverse reactions to any food consumed if we have not been notified of any allergies or dietary requirements in your enquiry form/online order.

SOCIAL MEDIA/MARKETING

Unless clients/customers explicitly request otherwise, we reserve the right to use any images taken at your event (this includes our products, grazing table setups and venue spaces) on our social media platforms and for marketing purposes.
